[Hidden-tech] Trademarking

Christian,

I am an attorney, retired, and while I never practiced trademark law, I know that it's extremely complicated. In fact, it's a specialty that lawyers don't practice unless they intend to really immerse themselves in the field. I would recommend that you contact an attorney and speak with him or her about your needs and what might need to be done. There may be things that you can do on your own, and there are probably other things that it would be wise to have a lawyer do, or at least guide you.
