[Hidden-tech] Blogging, Merging RSS, and Twitter

My first question is does your client own this content he wants to add to
his web site as an RSS feed because simply scraping an RSS feed isn't
difficult, but posting someone else's content without permission could be an
issue. If your client simply wants to include excerpts and links, that's a
different matter.

If it's a matter of adding RSS feeds to a Blogger blog, this eHow
article<http://www.ehow.com/how_2050575_add-rss-feed-blogger.html>explains
how to do it.

Not sure of a tool for the second client, but I would check with enewsletter
software service providers and some may have a service that does this.
