Um, you mean lists of parents who haven't already opted-in to a Row4All or
ffiliated mailing list?
I'm sure that the Foundation for Rowing Education is a wonderful, thoughtful
rganisation, so why would they want to ruin their reputation by engaging in
nsolicited email (a.k.a. spam)?
I would strongly discourage the use of UCE for legitimate organisations, as
ou'll receive little to no positive response to spam, and a lot of ill will.
