[Hidden-tech] Looking for a BuddyPress Developer to assist with Customization

Hello,
I am looking for a developer who could assist me with some customization
within a BuddyPress I have installed on a WordPress site with a Genesis
template.  I am looking to streamline the Groups/Forums and have a specific
look/format I would like to emulate.

Is anyone interested in this type of work?
Or knows of a developer who might be able to assist me?

I appreciate any leads.
