[Hidden-tech] Website Site Builder Tools Recommendations

Good afternoon!

I am working on building a website. I have chosen Blue Host as the web hosting site, already have my domain as well.
The site will be fairly simple with ecommerce capabilities needed. 
At this point, with so many site builder tools available I am hoping for recommendation on an easy to use tool for a first timer.
I tried Concrete but it wasn’t very intuitive. Any thoughts?
