Daniel,

I would recommend talking to Mark Nejame  of Nejame and Kling law.

He is an expert in real estate and business law, and has helped me out with
incorporation information repeatedly in the past.  Definitely the man to
talk to about incorporating, I believe he used to be a professor of business
law as well.
