Try starting a completely new document. This should tell you if the 
problem is with your document or with the font on your system.

If the problem is with only the one document, perhaps it got 
corrupted in transit or at your editor's end. Ask her to re-send it 
to you. I, too, have been cautioned about making too many copies of 
copies of copies, etc. At some point, one of the copies gets a glitch 
and crashes.
