[Hidden-tech] CRM + Gmail or Google Apps

Jonathan,

Actually SFDC does integrate with Google Apps.  This is standard built in integration I think for all editions (though I am not certain of that).

I am currently doing an implementation of SugarCRM and it too has Google integration I think for both Apps and Gmail.
