[Hidden-tech] Kicking the cable habit?

Hi Andy,
We went cable-less a few years ago and have not missed it. We do have a antenna so we can get access to local television, but rarely use it.We do have a Netflix streaming and disc subscription. That covers almost all of our viewing. We do have a cable running from our router to the Blu-ray to ensure a good transmission rate.
We are not big sports fans and have always gotten our news from the radio.
We have 3 kids, but they have become quite used to the setup. They were mostly watching PBS before the change anyway, and we can still get that over the air. My wife occasionally will watch something on Hulu.
So it has worked for us and is less expensive. But it certainly might not work for everyone.

Good luck,David
