[Hidden-tech] How can clueless client update website

I am one of those clueless folks! I agree that Drupal is an option. The Town 
of Shutesbury web committee uses it for the town's site. The committee held 
a one-session evening training for committee chairs like me  (each committee 
has its own page), and we were taught how to update them, add photos, links, 
etc.
