Essential:

   - php
   - mysql
   - javascript, jquery
   - css
   - VPS/server administration
   - fluency in troubleshooting and writing WordPress plugins and building
   WordPress themes from designs
   - proficiency with Drupal
   - great attitude and communicator, enjoys problem solving and learning
   new skilz


Also, ideally:

   - ecommerce
   - flash (editing or converting to better formats)
