[Hidden-tech] Need Help with Thunderbird Email Client

Is anyone familiar with the Mozilla email client "Thunderbird". I am looking for some assistance 
configuring this program. Super easy to configure for my email - but can't seem to figure out how 
to create custom folders. 

Any insight or referral to a manual would be much appreciated.
