Sometimes we charge half time for travel. Sometimes we charge full travel costs, if planes or trains are involved. For that long, you are looking at nearly two full days, when you count setup and takedown. I'd look at charging for the full day, then back it off based on what the client can afford and will pay for-non-profits pay way less than Fortune 500's.
