[Hidden-tech] Better than SyncToy...

Ive been using allway sync for years, free for limited use, i felt it was easily worth the $20 "pro" price. 

on linux i use rsync, which you can also get working on windows if you have some time ;)
i havent tried this, but looks interesting:

if at all possible use rsync is way more efficient than file copy programs. (and is free, open source and multi platform)
