[Hidden-tech] Looking for workshop space

Hi,

I am posting for a friend who is looking for a space to do his woodworking.

Specs:
Size around 10 x 10 to 15 x 20 or so.
He needs lights, heat and electricity.
Ability to make noise with hand/power tools, kick up some sawdust and use
stains, solvents and paints.
Within around 10 miles of downtown Northampton.
He'd like to pay no more than $100./month and have month-to-month tenancy.
Open bay for doorway ideal, needs to pull up with car to load/unload.
