Dear Read -
This size monitor might be a little hard to find as surplus. I certainly encourage anyone who is "trading up" to make such a donation to pvsc.
In the event you have difficulty locating such a unit in the next few days I can also point out that the chains (Target, Walmart, Circuit City... now online) are all slashing their prices on flat-screen LCD's between now and the 29th of November.
So if you can also directly solicit for money donations, a 32" is presently selling for somewhere around $400 or less. Perhaps you'd have success getting targeted donations? For instance at the moment Circuit City has a Sony Bravia 1080 32" for exactly $400 with, I think, free shipping... and with many lesser brands' a 1080 32", or 32" 720p's, are selling for less. A gift of $400 or two of $200, etc.

Does anyone have such a monitor to donate or know someone who might make a donation or have a VERY good deal?
