Michael Burke (mjwordsmith at yahoo.com) works as a consultant, writer, and
editor for my firm as well as for leading book publishers (Random House,
Penguin). He has 25-30 years of experience and is an outstanding copy
editor. Please feel free to contact him directly.

Best,
John

** Be sure to fill out the survey/skills inventory in the member's area.

Dear Hidden Tech Members,

I have about 20 pages now, more later, that I need copy edited for
punctuation, grammar, spelling, and consistency of format (e.g.
heading, indentations, etc.). Much of these are transcripts and will
be treated as verbatim data, so the editor will not need to improve
the wording. Can someone recommend a careful copy editor or if you
yourself are a copy editor could you please tell me your fee or how
you calculate your fee.

Thank you.
