Senior Flash Developer – HitPoint Studios

Western Massachusetts-based HitPoint Studios is looking for a full-time
Senior Flash developer to join its growing team.  To learn more about the

*Job Description: *

   - Responsible for developing Flash games for online distribution
   - The Senior Flash Developer will work with the producers and other Flash
   developers on the team to design, develop and deploy games.
   - The Senior Developer will be working on games for Facebook, Mindjolt,
   Kongregate and other distribution partners.
   - The projects the Senior Developer will work on vary from casual arcade
   games to large-scale advergames.
   - The Senior Flash Developer would be working as lead engineer for games

*Qualifications: *

   - Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field required.
   - 3-4 years of Flash development experience.
   - Good understanding of latest online gaming trends, technologies and
   techniques.
   - Experience with Source code control systems (SVN)
   - Problem-solver, self-starter requiring minimal oversight, demonstrates
   consistent involvement with flexibility and good follow-through skills.
   - ActionScript 3 experience required
   - Experience with PHP and Javascript is required
   - Experience using Adobe Flash Builder/Flex required
   - Experience with Facebook API is a huge plus
   - Must be able to work on-site at Hatfield, MA studio
