TweetDeck runs rather slowly and crashes quite a bit on my iPad. (Maybe this is unique to me, though I do have the highest speced iPad you can get). The app that's simply called "Twitter" is fantastic, I think. Your lists/saved searches sync up with it. The navigation is great.
