FPI is the premier provider of technology and business services to leading Associations in the Farm Credit System.  These Associations play a key role in providing credit and consulting services to agri-businesses across the country.

Financial Partners Inc. (FPI) is seeking a Technical Lead Manager for our Loan Accounting software development team.  This is a hands-on position that reports directly to the VP of Accounting Services.  The Loan Accounting team provides development and maintenance of front-end and back office systems supporting loan and financial related services business. 


Essential Duties and Responsibilities/Principal Accountabilities include:
*Work with cross-functional teams such as Relationship Managers, Business Analysis, Technical Architecture, QA, and Support to gather requirements, drive design, conduct specification and code reviews, review test plans, and deliver projects to completion
*Conduct recruiting, goal setting, performance appraisals, team building, and other related activities to establish and maintain an efficient and productive team
*Coach and motivate your team to ensure high productivity and teamwork and help each individual achieve his or her potential
*Participate in developing and maintaining quality software
*Contribute to the architectural and technical direction of FPI products
*Provide exceptional customer service to all present and potential customers by rapidly and thoroughly responding to questions, solving problems, and diagnosing present and future customer needs 

Essential Qualifications Requirements:
*Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science
*Consistent track record of success in similar positions
*Experience in staffing and managing a software development team, with a wide range of skill sets, through full software product lifecycle.  
*Strong technical skills in SQL, T-SQL, C#. NET, SQL Server, Oracle, UML, WinForms, and SQL stored procedures
*Experience in financial/banking systems desired
*Experience in Open Solutions, TCBS banking systems desired
*Experience in the following tools desired: Enterprise Architect, MS-Visual Studio and Team Foundation Server, MS Reporting Services, Business Objects
