[Hidden-tech] UMass ECE Alums?

I'm in the midst of a very interesting discussion with the ECE 
department at UMass, which thought it was rid of me a quarter-century 
ago (and, in fact, it pretty much was..)

I'd like to connect with ECE alums who are on hidden-tech - off list - 
to talk about some things.. if things gel we'll circle back to the full 
hidden-tech group in the near future to pick up other disciplines and 
non-UMies.. I'm not trying to be exclusive, I'm just trying to start 
from some common ground. But anybody can feel free to hit me at 
tek at acm.org..

Not really a big secret; I'm just probing how UMass ECE interacts with 
the local tech community. I'm pretty sure most of the list members 
missed SDP (Senior Design Project) Day this spring (and I'd missed it in 
all years past), and it seems to me that there is a wall here that we 
need to figure out how to appropriately perforate ..
