[Hidden-tech] Personal Tech Support Sought

H-Ters,

A parent of one of my students has just retired from the corporate world and has been given his Dell laptop to keep. However, he feels like he will miss the corporate support staff he is used to and is seeking a Windows-based support individual in the northern-Hampshire/southern-Franklin area of the Valley.

Most of his laptop use centers around MS Word for professional document production and management. He also anticipates the occasional foray into personal multi-media use (iTunes, etc.). He is flexible about the arrangements but I think that he would prefer an on-call/per call arrangement.
