Yes, the Mac version of QB 2010 is nothing more than a Quicken for Mac but
with some business terms, and lacks many features of the Windows version.

Why not just run Quickbooks (for Windows) on Parallels?  That's what most
Mac-only shops are doing, and it works great by all accounts.
