[Hidden-tech] uploading Flip video to Picasa Web Albums without local storage

Dear H-T,

With our new Flip Video UltraHD, my kids can catch all of our most
embarrassing moments.

Uploading the videos DIRECTLY to Picasa web albums is not so easy.
Unrecognized file format says Picasa.

I would like to do this without storing the videos locally on our Macbook to
save hard drive space.

It's not clear that the file format of Flip Video, MP4?, is read by Picasa.

Anyone have success uploading directly to some online storage/viewer/sharing
program like Picasa web albums?

Help and guidance appreciated.
