[Hidden-tech] LLCs

I am in the process of setting up an LLC with several other people. We
are in the dark about this and one of us has an expensive attorney who
expects us to do our homework and has asked us how we want to proceed.

Does anyone know of a good source of boilerplate LLC language we can
adapt; have any existing models to share regarding governance?  Good
articles you can point me to regarding dos and don'ts?
