[Hidden-tech] suggestions needed for a relational database

It actually sounds like you need something more than just a relational  
database -- It sounds like you need some sort of tracking solution.   
So it doesn't matter as much what *database* you use, as long as the  
participants find it easy to use, so they will continue to use it.
