Thanks Jan, I think that might've done the trick. Even though I don't use Internet Explorer, I use Mozilla instead, I did upgrade to IE8. It seems that the debugger has stopped popping up. The 3rd & 4th check boxes under "Browsing" (In IE8, they may be elsewhere in other versions) are to "Disable Script Debugging" and should be checked. If either one is not, check it and reboot. That may not solve your problem, but it is the most likely cause. In any event, if you are running an older version of IE, you should update to IE8 even if you never use it for browsing, because many programs rely on its components to run, and make sure to also run the January 2010 cumulative security update for IE8 if you do.
