[Hidden-tech] Verizon vs. AT&T coverage

Thanks, Roger.

I just learned from a friend that he just got a Straight Talk phone service,
which is exclusively available at WalMart. The monthly charge is $45. for
unlimited talk and texting minutes. The system uses the Verizon network. No
contract, it's Pay As You Go, and there are no extra charges. Just buy the
phone and activate online or by calling a toll-free number.

I admit, I have historically steered away from shopping at WalMart, but is
doing business with AT & T or Verizon any better for the global marketplace?

Anyone have this service and have any feedback?

Thanks again,
Deb
