[Hidden-tech] Office VPN technology

I'm supporting a small office that is now moving to a different office. 
  The problem is that all the partners that own the business want to 
work from home and access their data which resides on a server at the 
new location.

So in a hurry I need to get a VPN router that works well.  I'd prefer 
something that works natively with the Windows XP VPN client.   Does 
such a thing exist?   They don't have a Win2003 enterprise server to do 
RAS, so I'm out of luck there.

Any help would be appreciated
