[Hidden-tech] mac FTP program recommendations for Mac and PC -- NOW PC only

Wow - bangup response from all about Mac ftp and variants
So no more of those postings will be allowed on this thread -- Responses
will be about PC s/ftp only

We use winscp because we do not sure ftp and only allow ssh/scp with
pre-loaded ssh certificates - I'd be interesting in alternatives.
