The netgear wndr3700 has QOS rules you can setup for your needs and a super fast processor. I recently put one of the in at a business for its ability to offer a guest wireless network with ease, and was impressed with the speed. this router is not one of their business class models but has a very fast processor. throughput is excellent. i bought one for my home office.  cost is cheap: around $150 i think it was.
