[Hidden-tech] New to the area, looking for a few recommendations

Hi, Jason, welcome to the Valley.

I live in Hadley and we have Charter. Uptime is pretty good and most 
of the time when I can't get on, the problem turns out to be needing 
to reset my router, modem, or computer. But not as frequently as the 
past, there are some outages. Maybe 2-3x/month for an hour or two. 
Used to be pretty much every day in the summer, but that was a few 
years ago.

Biggest problem is their tech people haven't yet learned that there's 
such a thing as a Mac user.

Floor refinishing: we were very happy with Dion in Hadley. Did ours 
in 1998 and they've held up well.
