Hi Tom,

You might give a call to the Smith Computer Store on campus:
http://www.smith.edu/its/computerstore/. I believe that there is complete
public access, although it's a little known fact. Price may be same as Apple
Store, but you gain the option of having any technical support even closer
than Holyoke. I've been very happy with service after having bought several
computers there over time.
