I second Batchbook.  And I would definately take your CRM to the cloud.  No
reason not to now with so many good online tools.

Batchbook is great because it syncs with Google, Freshbooks, and other tools
which means you can also have it sync over the air with your phone
(blackberry, droid, or iphone).  Put it in your phone, it appears in
Batchbooks, or vice versa.  It's that simple.
