Hi there, If it's the same problem some of my clients have had (I'm on a Mac, they are on a PC) I think I remember that the trick is to make your email "Plain Text" (on the Format menu) You'll use all your nice colors in a signature, but your mail will go as an attachment. Try it. I think that's what has worked.
