[Hidden-tech] SalesForce vs. InfusionSoft?

We've just switched CRM products to Batchbooks, it's not as fancy as
Salesforce or InfusionSoft, but for small business it's amazing, especially
for the price and it integrates with other great small business products
like GMail, MailChimp, Freshbooks, Shoeboxed.

It also has a great social media component that let's me add my clients
social media links and monitor them right from the CRM, including Twitter,
Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.
