Tom, We have been running a Smarrcopy SC 165.. There was one error with it in its early life, but it was exchanged and has worked since. We purchased it through Neato in August 2007. It's a fairly stripped down unit, which is what we wanted - standalone - copy and compare. We also use a Bravo Autoprinter to print on DVD faces. I've seen labels peel off DVD's while they're in players.
