Thanx for all the suggestions and reviews on various gizmos!

It seems I'm not eligible for an 'upgrade' with Verizon until June. So the
great plan to buy a Droid now, at the deep discount I found, seems to be on
hold.

I'll go down and 'negotiate' with Verizon later this week and see what can
be arranged. <anyone have henchmen or minions I can borrow?>

Meanwhile... I may have to <gasp> buy a paper planner for the interim? <I
was headed for the 21st century but seem to have detoured to the mid-20th?>
