I have a perfectly good web cam with LED lights that can be adjusted for brightness and manual focus. It is 'generic' and has no drivers. Hence, does not work in Windows... although I can see the cam image on screen in come image capture software. (go figure) If one of you LINUX or MAC mavens can use it, it's yours.
