[Hidden-tech] Setting up Salesforce for a nonprofit

Bahman,

I looked at donation/membership software for a very small all volunteer
non-profit 2 years ago.  We decided to use Giftworks (
http://www.missionresearch.com/index.html) because salesforce and some other
options had too big of a learning curve and required some advanced
customization.  Giftworks has worked very well but it is not an online
application.  Also, we got a reduced price on techsoup where you can get low
price software for nonprofits..
