My daughter and I have both had the experience of having him work on us 
and not realizing that he had already given us novacaine. We thought he 
was just examining what he was going to do and we never felt the needle. 
Very personable. Lets you know what's going on. There are also several 
hygienists in the office, and I cycled through them all before picking 
which one I liked. With my periodontal issues, I'm in 3 times a year for 
cleaning. Dr. Cinner checks in to see how things are going every time.
