[Hidden-tech] AT&T microcells

I have AT&T microcell and have crocker DSL (which I think uses the 
verizon network).  I don't have drops really, but I do have weirdness 
where my phone will suddenly make noises that are like screeching 
banshees.  Its only while using the microcell.

The other weirdness is that when I'm using the 3g data, it is HORRIBLY 
SLOW.  Web pages take 3 minutes or more to come up.

And the final weirdness is that sometimes I don't get the calls at all. 
  I'll get the voicemail later on.  THAT is annoying....
