[Hidden-tech] IT departmental structure expert

Hi Dave,

I think I would be searching on the obvious "IT Director", CIO, etc.   
but also, they really want someone familiar with a IT Best Practice  
Framework like COBIT.  Applying the tests provided by this kind of  
model is the fastest path to reveal what they are trying to discover.
