Deleting one large application, installer, video or audio file can make much more of a difference than a gazillion little html help files. http://www.omnigroup.com/products/omnidisksweeper/ There is also an open source utility called "Monolingual" which will delete unnecessary language resources from OS X. http://monolingual.sourceforge.net/ Will Will Loving, President Dedication Technologies, Inc. on 4/8/10 2:54 PM, Jeff Rutherford at jeff at jeffrutherford.com wrote: > ** Be sure to fill out the survey/skills inventory in the member's area. > ** If you did, we all thank you. > > > What's the best file management utility for Mac? > > I have a constant fight to delete files off my MacBook Pro so that my hard > drive doesn't completely fill up. > > Are there any utilities so that I can find unnecessary/junk files on my > machine and toss them? > > Jeff Rutherford > 413-475-0087 > jeff at jeffrutherford.com > > > _______________________________________________ > Hidden-discuss mailing list - home page: http://www.hidden-tech.net > Hidden-discuss at lists.hidden-tech.net > > You are receiving this because you are on the Hidden-Tech Discussion list. > If you would like to change your list preferences, Go to the Members > page on the Hidden Tech Web site. > http://www.hidden-tech.net/members -- William M.
