[Hidden-tech] Looking for web portal security help

Our demo portal is being well received.  It's time to make it accessible to
clients.

I need the help of an expert in secure web portal development.

The environment is Windows server/ASP.NET (C#).  We will need to be HIPAA
compliant.

Is there anyone out there in the Hidden-Tech world with experience in this
area before I go looking for general HIPAA consulting?
