Hey folks,

Not sure if this will be useful to others on the list, but here ya go.   
Verizon Internet services has recently started to block the standard 
outgoing email port 25 if you are not using their outgoing email server.  

If you use a third-party hosting provider and are having troubles 
sending email you should contact them to change your email software to 
use an alternate port.  Most hosting providers use alternate ports like 
587 and for SSL connection port 465.
