[Hidden-tech] Looking for a wordpress template expert

We have a client who needs some custom WP template work.
This is not a graphic design job - not really, it's a php programming job.

What they have is a wp site based on the old generic template,
one before the current style of widgets, so no widgets.

What they need a merge of their current template look and graphics
to be merged into the proper latest generic template.
