[Hidden-tech] Mass. Data Protection Law

I'm about to jump into this myself for one of my clients and am looking 
for an outline.  I guess they give you one on the Massachusetts site, 
but it seems awfully vague.  I'm all for an after hours meeting to 
discuss this.
