I was looking at Verizon, but AT&T's phones were better at the time. I 
would have gone with Verizon if I hadn't been lied to by AT&T numerous 
times.  If you deal with AT&T I highly recommend recording the phone 
calls. (You may need to inform them you are recording the call depending 
on the local laws.)

It might sound extreme to record the phone calls, but things can go very 
wrong with AT&T and the recording will be your only proof.
