Hi Fern,

The easiest way to play YouTube and other web video formats off line is to
add a video downloader plug-in for Firefox.
Simply search "video downloader" from the Ad-Ons link under Tools in the
Firefox browser.

I believe the new RealPlayer offers that as well in a stand alone player.

Does anyone know how to play a youtube video offline?
I need to show a clip from a Youtube video where there is not internet
access. Can it be embedded into a powerpoint or would I need some kind of
browser?

Thanks

Fern
